This store does not invent a baseline for a week it did not seal. ### Malformed week Anything that is not a YYYY-Wnn week answers 404 rather than being guessed at. ### No weeks yet With an empty chain the index answers 200 with an empty `weeks_held`. That is our age, not an error. ## Security ### What this does in your name Nothing. A GET here reads signed snapshots already published; no door is probed and nothing is fetched from anyone on your behalf. ### What it stores about you Nothing about you. The porch counts a visit by surface, never by caller. ### What we never do No account, cookie, caller identifier or IP-based budget. Budgets bound our cost, not caller rank. Requests are never sold, shared or published. The weekly census reads public discovery feeds, never these requests. ### Standards Disclosure is private-first and symmetric: notify the operator before publication, including our own defects. Corrections are dated and public.
